Kitesurfing is a sport that always guarantees spectacle and this was evident at the Big Air World Cup held in the waters of Le Barcarès in France. Thirty-six participants offered their best jumps and tricks to try to convince the judges and win the world title.

The gusty winds predicted a real battle over the sea and the French sky. The criteria for a higher score were height and amplitude, along with technical difficulty and a clean landing.
